Self-Love Meditation Dance

Meditation Dance ~ The healing dance for the soul

Inspired by the Ancient Thai dance

For me, movement is the language that the soul uses to communicate with the physical body. I believe dance can heal us on so many levels, and when we allow ourselves to surrender to the moment of now, we then become the vessel of all the possibilities to move through us.

What is “Self-Love Meditation Dance”?

It’s the healing method through breathing and movement/dance that I’ve developed over time throughout my healing journey. This type of dance does not only help us to connect with a small part of our bodies, such as fingers and wrists, that we usually don’t give much attention to in our daily life, but they are as important as other parts of our bodies. So through this practice, we learn also to give attention to our healing hands; our breathing becomes the guidance of the whole practice. We become more aware of our movements, breath, and thoughts.

The dance requires the person to be in the present moment as there are mantras/affirmations along the way to help us release emotional blockages and physical pain.

Do you need to have the experience to learn this dance?

No, you don’t need to have an experience, but you need patience and an open heart and mind to remember the truth about who you are. The dance will reveal many things about you. It is a ritual to connect with your core; the part that you have abandoned will slowly show up to you to embrace and heal.

This is a powerful ritual when you open yourself to connect with the DIVINE GOD & GODDESS within you. And only through your permission do you allow yourself to be healed.

Where have you learned this dance?

I’ve learned Thai dance since the age of 7, and in 2008 I developed this healing method through meditation dance to support my self-healing journey and those who have walked across my path.

You will learn that the healing starts to vibrate from within through the present moment.
The affirmation and the breathing create a dynamic state of awakening.

Below is the main affirmation of this dance.

  • Love
  • Give love
  • Speak through the heart
  • Look through the soul
  • What I don’t need, I let it go (the posture of the photo above)
  • All the love is for me 💖

Thai fusion meditation dance

“Surrender what is no longer serving you.”

“Cultivate the love within your heart.”

“Open yourself to receive the love from the Universe.”

When I pray, I communicate with the Universe; when I meditate, I listen to the unknown, and when I dance, I’m offering my love, the present moment to the Universe, and all my guardian angels.
